What support do you offer after launch?
From production run management and logistics to 8D corrective processes and continuous quality control, we offer everything you need to ensure success past the initial launch of your product.
We also offer product marketing strategy and activation to gain market share that secures growth.
How do you protect client confidentiality?
We encourage our clients to create an NDA, which we’ll sign to maintain confidentiality. Internally, we follow a strict client confidentiality policy, which means we won’t promote the projects we’ve worked on or the clients we work with.
Do you help with product testing and certification?
Yes. We collaborate with certification bodies that support the certification and testing of your products. These companies verify that your product complies with the relevant standards and ensure it is safe for the market.
If necessary, we will use a variety of test houses to complete the total certification process. We will clarify what’s required from the start of the project.
Do I own the data you create during the project?
Yes, you do. You can request access to any data developed throughout the project as per your rights under data protection law.
Why do I need prototyping?
We follow a Design-Build-Test ethos, constantly testing the product against performance requirements to refine, advance and validate the product concept before manufacturing.
How do I take a product to market?
You need to have a trusted supply chain to help bring your product design to manufacture before going to market. At GreyGekko, we can connect you to our global network of manufacturers who can support both small to large volume production.
If you have an existing network, we will work alongside them to implement quality processes that support the design through to manufacturing.
